La vérité sur l’affaire Gluten is an exhibition held at the Musée du Blé et du Pain in Echallens (CH) in 2019. “With the help of four researchers, the exhibition, presented in three poles, answers this question through several angles of approach and numerous texts, illustrations, objects and experiments, so that each visitor can form his own opinion.”
